Our Commitment At DRIP CHECK, every piece is quality-checked before it leaves us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — within the bounds below.
Returns & Exchanges In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008), you are entitled to return a product within 10 business days of receipt if it is:
- Defective or damaged upon delivery
- Not the product you ordered
- Not fit for the purpose it was intended
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items returned outside the 10-business-day window
How to Return Contact us at [your email] within 10 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will arrange collection or advise on drop-off.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.
Exchanges We offer size exchanges where stock is available. If your size is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective or incorrect: DRIP CHECK covers return shipping.
- Change of mind returns: Customer covers return shipping costs.
DRIP CHECK reserves the right to assess all returns before approval.
